Early Years Practitioner Level 3 (Babies & Under Twos)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Worker with a minimum of 2 years of experience working specifically with babies and toddlers to join our day care setting. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care, nurturing, and developmental support to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and optimal growth, while also possessing a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Development Matters guidelines. You must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education). Demonstrate proficiency in providing personalised care and support to this age group and a strong understanding of infant and toddler development and attachment.
